Formula ?

Hi
I tried to put a formula (vb+vba) and could not do it.

Code:
S="=IF(ISBLANK($C1),,$C1-$D1)"
xlsRange.FormulaR1C1 = S

When I opened the file, the formula was:
=IF(ISBLANK($K:$K),,'D11'-$K:$K)

What is wrong?
