I have a report with a dimension which as four levels in it like the
following MatGroup Type Blend Color Now when I run the Excel report the report only first shows at the Matgroup level I need to go to each record and expand and display all the nodes beneath it. All I want is the report to be displayed in a expanded form at the Color level rather than at MatGroup level. Appreciate if you could kindly point what setting needs to be enables to have dimensions with multiple levels show all the nodes upto the leaf node in the Excel pivot report. Thanks Karen |

You are talking about a pivot table?
In my experience when I refresh a pivot table it doesn't change what fields are displayed. Are you perhaps remaking the pivot table rather than refreshing it? Please advise which version of Excel and, if you have a macro that does the refresh, the code of the macro. Bill Manville MVP - Microsoft Excel, Oxford, England |
