Default Microsoft Office Web Components 9.0

Hiya,

I have a .xla file developed in Excel 2000. Now when I try to open it in
Excel 2003, it gives 'missing library' error. It is because Excel 2003 cannot
locate 'Microsoft Office Web Components 9.0' reference used in previous
version.

Can anybody please suggest me how can I solve the same? Please also suggest
that if 'Microsoft Office Web Components 9.0' is not available in Office 2003
anymore, which alternate file should be referenced?

Many thanks in advance,
Sapan.
