![]() Hi! I work on part of a large network, and on it there are 2 people regularly updating a shared workbook from their computers. Is it possible to arrange it so as that as each of them updates the data on the sheet it automatically feeds to a new "master workbook" elsewhere on the network drive, so as that everyone else in the company can vew the up-to-date data throughout the day? Any help at all would be much appreciated. Why not just create a user group with read only privilege to that directory
and put those other users in that group. You desktop admin should be able to do that. -- HTH Bob Phillips "leobedford" wrote in message ... Hi! One thing that could be done is to modify the Save feature of the workbooks
being updated. If one of the 2 users save the file then it saves it where they work on it, and save it somewhere else that they mutually have access. "leobedford" wrote: Hi!
