Default Run-time error '429'

Hi there

I created macro which works fine (Excel XP). The macro is run by the
click on the button. However, when I sent this file to my friend in
Australia (Excel 2003), he receive the error message
"Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object"
we tried the solutions mentioned at the Microsoft web sites but no
success :(
Can anybody help me with that? Thanks in advance

Cheers
Pavel
