Default how do I code 'befo' and 'after:' in vbs

Hello all, I am currently devloping a number of scripts for a custromer and I
need to code a few Excel macros in Vbs.

My problem at the moment is the coding of

'befo' and 'after:'

in Vbs.

An example is:
Sheets("Foglio1").Copy Befo=Sheets(1)
This code comes from the Excel macro recorder, and needs to be insterted in
a Vbs script.

tia, Felix
