Default How to get list of emails in Inbox with senders name and ID?

We are using Lotus Notes R5. I can send emails with attachments thru
notes from excel VBA. Now I need to get the list of emails in INBOX
with other details like senders name, email id, date of receipt,
subject line etc. in excel sheet by excel VBA (or even VB6 will do).
Any help is greatly appreciated.
