Default Overlapping conditional formats

I'm currently working on a spreadsheet where I have 2 cells in a row where
the backround turns grey based on a cell's value. I also want to have the
text in that row turn green based on the value of another cell. When I
highlight the row to set the text condition, the conditions for the 2 cells
come up. If I add a 3rd condition, the 1st 2 conditions apply to the whole
row. If I delete the 2 conditions & add the text condition, I lose the
formatting on my 2 cells. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
