Default How to exclude all letter using find and replace function?

In SQL I can specify the query in the way like *[!a-z]Microsoft[!a-z]* and
it will exclude the characters a-z in-front and after the word "Microsoft".
I wonder if such similiar expression exist in Excel find and replace.
