Default Inserting and copying

I have a spreadsheet where I "Insert copied cells" (About 200 rows deep at
times.) to; from a range of A2:E6, on one worksheet. When I do this I want a
second worksheet to be updated at the same time with the same data but with
in a different range of cells G90:K90.

Is this possible...??? I am guessing a macro, but do not know where to begin.

Thanks to all those that can help!!!!!
