Default How to know what caused SheetChange event..

Hi,
I am writing a small add-in, and want to differentiate between what caused
the SheetChange event. e.g. when the user adds or deletes cells, this event
gets called, but there is no way to find whether it was called back on cell
value change, cells added, or deleted. Please suggest if there is any
workaround..

Thanks,
