Problem on Excel Exit

Hi,
I' made an Excel Addin, with a reference to another addin, of the
second addin I use some functions. Unfortunately when I exit Excel the
program crashes with an unhandled exception in VBE.dll. This problem
occurs only whe the reference to the second addin is set.
Can anyone help me?
