Default Insert and Delet Rows between pivot tables on a worksheet

I have a worksheet with multiple pivot tables that when refreshed sometimes
try to overlap each other. Because of the data I never know how many blank
rows to include between the tables to accommodate the pivot table if it
expands.

Any suggestions?

Is there a way to insert a 100 rows in one command?

Conversely, once the pivot tables are refreshed I want to eliminate the
extra blank rows between tables except for one or two rows separators.

Any suggestion here are also appreciated.

Thank you
