Default VBA modules

I have a standard vb module in many excel files.
How can i find it automatically in all the files i have cause i must
replace it with a new one?

Create a Personal.xls file that stores a macro that does find/replace (using
VBE object).

Search on google.com with keyword "Personal.xls" and "VBE object"; therea
lot of examples out there.
