Default How to restrict the TitleRow only for a specific range of rows?

How can I configure Excel such that the TitleRow
(ActiveSheet.PageSetup.PrintTitleRows = "$2:$2" ) which appears at the top
of each page that is printed, should only be displayed for a specific range
of rows, not for the entire worksheet ?

To the best of my knowledge you can't... That is why (in the perfect world)
you only want to put one thing on one sheet. Keeps life simple and makes
printing easier...
