Default Printing formating/range problem

I am using xl2002. I have a worksheet, actually three similar ones, that
don't always print correctly. The print macro has two ways of printing
these sheets, depending on how many rows with data are visible. If less
than a set number, I use .PageSetup.FitToPagesTall = 1. If more, I change
it to .PageSetup.FitToPagesTall = False. My problem is when set to False,
on the first page only the rows up to the first hidden row are printed
(where the first hidden row is varies on the three sheets). Then the rest
of the print range starts printing on the second page. Other rows are
hidden on the sheets and don't cause any printing problems.

I am not changing Zoom, which would be set to False. Page width is always
set to 1. No rows at the top are repeated.

I can easily replicate the problem when not running a macro. Simply set
..FitToPagesTall = False and hit the print icon in the toolbar.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
