If you want the headers to repeat on each page printed, look at the last tab
in the page setup dialog at rows to repeat at the top. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "timerigger" wrote in message ups.com... I'm creating a spreadsheet that is basically a list of items sold for the month. Each item entered is unique. There are various cloumn names such as "stock number", "customer name", "profit", etc. How do I set it up so that the first few rows that I'm using for column names, etc are repeated on each page? Is it possible for excel to count the items automatically and only print the items as they are entered? This month I might sell 25 individual items and next month I might sell 150, I'd like to be able to have the spreadsheet automatically for the size of the data. Thanks! tim |
