Default Poking data from Excel into Access

Hi All
Its it possible to poke data from Excel xp in to Access
xp db located on a network from a pc where the pc only
has Office standard in install on it ? If so a guide to
doing it will appreciated

Yes,
In Access, create a link to the worksheet in the appropriate workbook.
FILE / GET EXTERNAL DATA / LINK TABLES
or IMPORT
Follow the wizard
You Excel data is not accessable in Access.
