Default Deactivate a cell

I have a user form that loads when certain cells are double-clicked. However,
when the user closes the form, the formula bar is still active and the user
has to hit return before they can move on to the next cell. How can I set it
up so that the cell is selected but the formula is not in active change mode
so the user has to hit return?
