Default Using Excel Macros & Outlook Web Access

Hello,
When my users use Microsoft's Outlook and open an Excel workbook, they lose
the ability to use the macros & other VB that is in the workbook. Is there
anyway for us to be able to have both (Outlook Web Access & use macros/VB in
Excel)?

Thanks for your advice.
Mike
