SaveAs API Call
Hi
You don't need all of that. This works fine in 97: Sub SavePrompt() Dim F As Variant F = Application.GetSaveAsFilename If F = False Then MsgBox "Chicken" Else MsgBox "Selected file is " & CStr(F) End If End Sub HTH. Best wishes Harald "Eric" skrev i melding ... Has anyone used the SaveAs API Call successfully in Excel 97? I tried to copy the API call in mvps.org and it wouldn't work.
