Default Possible to change the file name?

Greetings,
Is it possible to change the name of the workbook with vb? The user can
then opt to save the file as the new name when the close the file. I need
the file name change due to the file being email out. Thank you,
Mike

No - the only way to change the name is to save the file with the new name.
You can do a savecopyas to make copy of workbook. Email the copy and then
delete it.
