Name List
Can someone please help me sort out a name list. I have a Name List of 400
people. The problem is that the first name and surname are in the same cell. My list is in column A, and from cell A1 to A394. The name format in the cell is first name followed by the surname, for example John Smith in cell A1. I would like to take Smith out and place that in B1, and also do the same for the rest. Thanks, Gerry. |

Name List
Select the column or the cells you want to process.
Select Data=Text to columns, choose delimited. In the next dialog choose space as the delimiter. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "buster1831" wrote in message ...
