Default Naming columns

Hi everyone.

Hopefully my question is a pretty simple one to answer, but I have been
going through help and a book on Excell trying to find an answer, but no
luck so far. I'm sure that there is a simple way to do what I am after, but
I can't find how.

What I would like to know is how to name the columns in an Excel sheet (ie A
to Title, B to Date, etc).

Thanks.
