Default .AddShape(Type, Left, Top, Width, Height)

The Left, Top, Width & Height arguments are measurd in points. In Excel, a
shape can resize with the cell it is in.

How can I establish the the size/location of a cell in points so that I can
add a shape of percisely the same dimensions?
