Default Strange problem with ActiveX component and Excel 2003

I have recently installed Excel 2003 on my PC.
I noticed after the installation that I cannot see the ActiveX office
web component (e.g. spreadsheet) on my web pages.
Any suggestions as to how to rectify this problem?
Does Microsoft has a web page on their technical site that documents
how to address this issue?

Thanks!
J

The web components are on our cd.
Search for OWC on Microsoft's site.
