Default NG Posts Database

I know this is probably in the wrong board but someone here may have heard of
it - I recently came across a database designed by an MVP for storage of
common newsgroup posts for easy access. Has anyone here know where I could
get a copy from?

If anyone has a copy of it could they email it to me @ edgar dot thoemmes at
boiukfs dot co dot uk?

Remove dots and at.....

TIA

Don't know anything particular about what you describe, but you might find
it at

http://www.mvps.org

Look for a site maintained by the particular MVP as a start.

It's possible. There must be some regulars who store their frequent
answers in a easy-to-access manner. However, a comprehensive database
that is also easy to search is google's archive of the newsgroups.

If you are interested, you might want to check my 'Floating Browser'
add-in. It lets you cruise the 'net from within XL and has extra
support for searching the newsgroup archive. See http://www.tushar-
mehta.com/excel/software/webbrowser/index.html
