Default Customize a button on a MsgBox?

You could always build a custom form that looks like a MsgBox. That can be

Is is possible to change the caption on the standard built-in "MsgBox"

(using
only an "OK" button), from "OK" to "Continued..."

It would just make my msgbox a little more logical...thanks in

advance.
