I made and use UDF (User-Defined-Function) which reads and brings data
from database through Internet. The UDF is included in my Add-In(XLA
format). My problem is that an Excel sheet which uses the UDF be
recalculated automatically whenever it is opened. I want to avoid
this recalculation without change Excel option to "Manual
Calculation".

please advise me the way to solve this problem.

You have precluded a solution by saying no Manual Calculation.

Try something like setting a global switch in your XLA when it is opened and
in your UDF check the switch: the UDF either exits or does the DB retrieve.
