I've upgraded a few machines from Office 2000 (Excel 2000) to Office
2003 (Excel 2003) and have run into an error on a spreadsheet where when I try to refresh data in a pivot table. The error say's "There are too many records to complete this operation." Odd error as the file works fine on other systems that are still running Excel 2000. The sheet isn't too large only 5000 rows x 7 col. The file was fist made in Office '97 and worked fine using 2000 - now errors in 2003. Have tried with Windows XP and Win2kPro for OS and still the problem persists. Can anyone provide any advice on how to fix this problem, I have searched the groups and find a few postings but no answers. Thought I'd try again. |
