Default Number and date

Hi !! i have a textbox in a form where i write a number
all works allright, but when i save this cell to a sheet
the number become a date, i have en the sheet write
that the format of this cell is a number.

What do i wrong here?

Alvin,

Is the cell formatted as a date? Or are you entering fractions?

Both of these could make Excel read the value as a date.

Well i have change the cell to antoher cell
and now it's working

Sounds like it was formatted as a date.
