Default Application.screenUpdating = False

We recently converted from Excel 97 to Excel 2003. When opening a
spreadsheet and trying to run a macro it stalls. When we debug it stops at
the "Application.screenUpdating = False.

Any ideas on this? Of course the data is due today. Any help is appreciated.

Default Application.screenUpdating = False

Hi
you may post the exact error message. But as a guess check in 'Tools -
references' that no references are missing
