Does anybody knows that VBA.net technology has been released or Is it coming?

Any link we can get introduction about this technology.

There is not yet VBA.NET as such, and MS hasn't said much about
the future. The Visual Studio Tools For Office (VSTO) allows you
to write VB.NET code that works behind Excel workbooks.
