Default Multiple Users

Hello,

I have one file that I would like to allow multiple user to share. I would
like them to be able to make changes simultaneously. Some of the cells must
be protected. Also, depending on who the user is, certain portions of the
spreadsheet need to be hidden preventing the user from viewing those rows or
columns.

I am having trouble with the shared workbook function, because it will not
allow me to use macros when the file is being shared. I was setting up the
macros to hide the rows I did not want visible for particular users based
upon the users Windows ID.

Is there a way around this problem of using macros in shared workbooks? Or
any suggestions on how I might set up my file?

Thank You,
