Default User Form

In Visual Basic I'm creating a userform, I want the user form to minimize
onto the office toolbar, once a calculation routine macro is completed. Is
there a code that will allow this to happen? Ideally, I'd like this if not
could you tell me how to get the Minimize/Maximise buttons on the
window.....when I created the userform it just defaulted with the Close
button (X).

Thanks
