Default Help Authoring and Excel Conversion

We are trying to import an HTML-converted Excel file into RoboHelp. Does
Microsoft throw junk into the code when converting to HTML? Because our
imported tables from Excel do not look like any of the other tables in
RoboHelp.

What you refer to as "junk" is there to make it look, feel and behave like
an Excel spreadsheet, so it is there for a reason. Yes, Microsoft does.

HTH. Best wishes Harald
