Convert text with special characters
To all,
I have been importing text with special characters from spreadsheet to userform and visa versa. The problem is that when I export/import, the text format is not carried. Examples of special character with in the text are supercripts and subscripts. |

Convert text with special characters
I don't think that this is possible in excel.
Are you saying you could format the font character by character in one of the controls of your userform? (I don't think I've ever seen that. How did you do it?) What I meant is that I am importing text to and from userform to spreadsheet. No matter how I format the text in the spreadsheet, the format does not carry over to the sheet or vice versa. I had a feeling that it is not possible because in Excel even without using macro, the format does not carry over with subscripts, supercripts nor special charater. Thanks. At least you have confrimed that it can not be done. Regards. Ligaya |

I am sorry that I was not clear. What I meant is that I tried to import/export text with special characters and could not get it to work. My feeling is confirmed since with Excel it is not possible to transfer formats and values ata the same time. Really appreciate your help. Regards. Ligaya |
