Default DDE command for INSERTING ROW above a below a specifed row no.

Hi all,
I want to knwo if there is any way to insert a row in Excel above or below a
mentioned row using DDE command.

INSERT(shift_num)
inserts above the currently active cell. Here i cannot mention the exact row
above which i want to Insert a row.
