Default Excel 2003 Menu Bar and ToolBars

In Excel 2003, what file stores the customized menu bar and any new toolbars
the user builds. In previous versions it was an xlb file that had the users
id for the file name, ie: username.xlb

I run Excel 2003
Mine is:
"C:\Documents and Settings\<myusername\Application
Data\Microsoft\Excel\Excel11.xlb"
