Default Enable / Disable a button using a macro


I want to achieve the following through VBA macros:
If the current sheet of the excel workbook is Password protected the
the button "Insert Rows" (used for inserting multiple rows) should b
disabled. When the current sheet is UnProtected, the button "Inser
Rows" should get enabled.
Please help
