Default Data validation

I am trying do do data validation(which I have done using the menu data
validataion) but if the condition is false I want to prompt the user with a
password (which would be keyed in my me) - it would 'stop' the operator from
proceeding

Default Data validation

I wanted to add to this
On cell A1 - I have data validation (decimal between I6 I7 (aka if A1 < I6
or I7 condition = false) - so when the validation is False it promts the
user with a message
'Contact Supervisor' and "enter password" - once the correct password is
entered - this message is cleared - if the wrong password is entered the
message stays
