Default Inserting .bmp image using VLOOKUP

Bernie,
Since the image files are too large, my excel file becomes quite bulky

Is there a way to simply hyperlink and display the images in th
spreadsheet without embedding them? It would be advantageous not t
duplicate (insert) them, since the images are resident on my harddisk.
Your help is/would be very much appreciated.
Shan
