Default Bypass Msgbox from external vendor's Add-In

Everytime I open Excel, I get a msgbox that displays an add-in vendo
software copyright info box & I must keep the add-in installed.

Is there anyway to bypass this msgbox? I can not hit enter, I mus
move my mouse over the "OK" button to run excel.

The reason I ask is b/c I am trying to program a scheduled run in exce
via a .bat file. Could I program something in the bat file to bypas
this msgbox?

Any comments would be helpful

Hey Madman,

Leave Excel open, and use the Application.Ontime method in a macro to
schedule your task.
