Default UserForm Question

I am having trouble with a userform that opens sometimes and gives an
error other times.

How do I code displaying and then unloading a userform? I have tried

UserForm.Show vbModeless (this works) but when I close UserForm.Hid
and try to reopen (UserForm.Show vbModeless) I get a error.

Please help.

Thanks
