Default using Criteria with two possible values

Hi
(do this on a copy of your work and save the macro in the personal macro
workbook so it doesn't disappear when you close the file)
choose tools / macro / record new macro
click in your list
choose data / filter / autofilter
click on the drop down arrow of the column you're interested in
choose custom
choose equals and then the first criteria
choose OR
choose equals and then the other criteria you want
click OK
only records meeting either of these criteria should now be displayed
choose
edit / goto / special - visible cells only
choose edit / delete
choose tools / macro / stop recording
choose tools / macro / macros ... click on the macro and choose edit

hope this helps
Cheers
