Default Macro Assistance with Incrementing Formula


Thank you mudraker, for spending the time to explain things to m
instead of just giving me the code. Now I have a good understanding o
the functions and I will be able to figure things out on my own when i
comes to that.

You can also use a right as a substitute to left. this gets th
characters starting from the right.

Also depending on the version of Excel you are using there is also
reverse string command that opperates the same as instr.

My version of Excel does not have the command so I can not tell you th
actual command nam
