Default Total in a PivotTable PivotFields

Hi!
sorry my english. I´m brazilian.
I do every month a lot of conditional presentation(powerpoint) that analyse
the seilling("sell") for all contracts that i possess on a excell pivottable.
if the total of sell in the worksheet PivotTable PivotFields ("sell") is
X, make a dinamically one control presentation else make another one.

Well, I don´t explain it correctly.
I only want knows if a total or subtotal in a pivot table column field is
more than X.
for i execute a condicional presentation in accordance with this value.
