Default Inserting lines that don't destroy macros

I have a large sheet which I need to be able to hide and unhide sesctions
using macros. I would like my users to have the functionality to amend the
size of these sections with out destroying the macros I have written to
perform the hide/unhide functionality.

Does anyone have any suggestions that may help??

a name and using this name for referencing your range
