Default workbook question excel 2000

I have workbook with a lot of sheets.
Therefore it is difficult to go to a sheet, because I have to scroll to go
to the right sheet.

Is it possible to have the sheet-tabs underneath the workbook in more than 1
row?

Hi
no this is not possible.
But try right.clicking on the lower left (on the navigation symbols)
and you get a list of your worksheets
