Default Inexplicable - Excel 2002 (10.6501.6626) SP3

Try this:
1. Open Excel
2. Drop a Text Box control from the Control Toolbox
toolbar on to the sheet (near the middle of the window).
3. Print Preview, and close to return to the worksheet.
4. The Text Box control shifts to the left!

5. Now try it again, but this time drop a Text Box control
from the Drawing toolbar. The Text Box control does not
shift to the left.

This behavior is only observed on SP3. This defect is not
found in 2002 (no service pack), 2002 SP2, and 2003 SP1.

This problem was fixed by the Oct 12 Security update, available at Office
Update, after which the Excel version will be 10.6713.6714.
